Biloxi A to Z: Pafford, Ward 7 election, and more

Pafford EMS will receive emergency and non-emergency 911 calls, and transport general acute and critical care. Residents needing to call Pafford directly may do so by calling 228-400-4831.

Also, a special election has been set for Feb. 27 to fill the vacant council seat in Ward 7.  Feb. 7 is the deadline for candidates to qualify, and Feb. 24 is the deadline for in-person absentee voting.

Also in the report: Mardi Gras Showbox Float winners, council approval for an insured motorists identification and stolen vehicle program, city projects and weekly reports, weekend weather and events, Second Liners Mardi Gras Club parade, and a foggy afternoon at the Commercial docking harbor.
