Special needs dance: The Biloxi Parks & Recreation Department is hosting its annual Cruise Into Fall Special Needs Dance tonight from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Donal M. Synder Sr. Community Center, 2520 Pass Road. The event is free to attend and open to all ages with physical and mental disabilities. To see the flyer, click here.
