Splash pads: The splash pads at the Margaret Sherry Library and John Henry Beck Park will close on Monday, Nov. 3. The splash pads will reopen in the Spring. The splash pads are maintained by the Biloxi Parks & Recreation Department. Visit the department page by clicking here.
