Festival Against Crime: The Biloxi Police Department will host its annual Biloxi Community Festival Against Crime on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 2-6 p.m. at the Point Cadet Plaza, 121 Cadet St. The free event includes music, games, food and drinks, activities, demonstrations, and free parking.
