Special Needs Christmas Dance: The Biloxi Parks & Recreation Department will host its Special Needs Christmas Dance at the Donal M. Snyder Sr. Community Center, 2520 Pass Road on Friday, Dec. 13, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event is open to all ages with physical and mental disabilities and includes food and door prizes. Bring a gift worth no more than $10 to be given to the Biloxi Police Department. See the flyer.
