Rouses: Â A permit was issued to Rouses by Biloxi Community Development to begin work on their future Biloxi store location at 2348 Pass Road. This welcomed addition to the corner of Popps Ferry Road, the site of the former Winn-Dixie, will require interior renovation and upgrades to fit the needs of the Rouses grocery store scheduled to open in 2024. This initial phase of construction is estimated at $4.7 million and prepares the interior for the finish store design and layout.
