The City of Biloxi Water Department operates under the Biloxi Public Works Department. Its primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing payments for water and sewer services, reading and maintaining water meters, and collecting water and sewer tap fees for new construction projects.

The Department is responsible for more than 15,000 customers. Payments can be done in person, at drop-off locations, or online.

The Water Department is open weekdays.
