February’s BNews Monthly is packed with Mardi Gras coverage, community stories, and local voices worth celebrating – and while the digital edition has it right, readers should note that the printed Mardi Gras route map for two parades contains an error.
The February issue features a Mardi Gras message from Mayor Andrew “FoFo” Gilich, and Mardi Gras festivities throughout the month, trash can reminders, halfway house definitions, and a feature on the new Chief of Police, Chris De Back.
The issue also includes columns from the Biloxi Shuckers, Biloxi Tree Committee, Biloxi Main Street, and the history-filled Back in the Day column. Readers will also find familiar sections such as News and Notes, Random Notes, Trivia, and the information-packed community calendar, and a number of local advertisers throughout the edition.
Additionally, the issue includes a two-page feature highlighting Mardi Gras parades taking place in Biloxi. Readers planning to attend Mardi Gras festivities are encouraged to reference the digital edition of BNews Monthly for the correct parade route map for the Krewe of Neptune and the Gulf Coast Carnival Association parades. The online version reflects the accurate route information and remains the best source for up-to-date details.
The February BNews Monthly is available now. To view the digital edition, including the corrected Mardi Gras route map, visit biloxi.ms.us/bnews.
