The City of Biloxi is making it easier than ever for citizens and visitors to connect with city services. Formerly known as Citizens Services, the program has been rebranded as B-Connect, reflecting the city’s commitment to streamlined communication and more efficient service.
Citizens can continue using the same number, 228-435-6271, to report an issue, but now, they have the option for more options for reporting issues and even an opportunity for follow-up updates on their requests on their requests.
