B-Alert: Emergency alerts and notifications

The City of Biloxi uses a real-time, on-the-go messaging system, called B-Alert, to advise residents and visitors of traffic and weather advisories, as well as boil water notices and other emergency information. The messages go directly to your cell phones after signing up for B-Alerts.

Sign up now to receive alerts via text message, email, and/or voice message by texting BILOXI to 77295 to receive the emergency messages.

Official messages from the City of Biloxi will come from 77295 as well as 226787, 67283, and 78015. The City uses RAVE Alert to send out these notifications, which may come from multiple numbers. RAVE Alert has it set up this way to prevent the cellular network from being overloaded during mass emergencies. Save these numbers in your phone’s address book as B-Alerts to easily recognize future emergency messages.

Emails will come from balert@email.getrave.com. Residents and visitors can reply to balert@biloxi.ms.us as well as online@biloxi.ms.us

This service is provided at no cost to the public; however, message and data rates may apply depending on your provider and phone services. Please refer to your mobile phone’s service plan for more information.
