More than 70 antiques and collectibles dealers, some from as far away as Denver, will gather at Tullis Toledano Manor in Biloxi Oct. 11-12 for a free Antique and Collectibles Fair.
The fair will be held from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day at the city-owned home and museum, which is on U.S. 90 just west of Casino Row.
Among the wares at the fair will be an array of antiques, including Roseville, sterling, china, depression, empire, Victorian, primitives, furniture, dolls, linens and militaria. In fact, to see a complete list of the vendors and their specialties, click here.
Also part of the fair will be a full line of vintage cars that will be on and for sale, a feature of the fair that coincides with the Oct. 5-12 Cruisin’ the Coast.
“The fair will also be the place for food, fun and families,” says Sheri Munter of the city’s museums division. “You’ll find special Southern fare, like jambalaya, gumbo, red beans and rice, along with the traditional things like hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids.”
Tullis Toledano Manor itself will be open for tours for $1.
The Antique and Collectibles Fair is being organized by The Friends of Tullis and the city, with contributions from Beau Rivage Resort and Casino, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau, The Bay Press, Burger Burger, The Schooner Restaurant, Famous Joe’s, Mary Mahoney’s Old French House Restaurant, Desporte and Son’s Seafood, and Killer Bee.
