The tropical storm warning for Biloxi and the Mississippi Gulf Coast has been lifted, as Tropical Storm Fay is moving further inland in Florida; however, a flash flood watch remains in effect.
Residents in Biloxi and the surrounding area, particularly those in low-lying areas, still face the threat from localized flooding, as Fay is expected to dump some 6 to 12 inches of rain on Sunday and Monday.
