The 28th Annual Mayor’s Cup 5K Run will be held in Biloxi on Saturday, November 19. The one mile will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the 5K will begin at 9:30 a.m. Both will start in front of the Biloxi City Hall located at 140 Lameuse Street.
Registration for the race may be completed by filling out an entry form, available on the City of Biloxi’s Park and Recreation website and the Gulf Coast Running Club’s website. Late registration will begin at 8 a.m. in front of the City Hall building. Entries on race day are $15 per person for the 5K and $7 for all children 12 and under for the one mile health run/walk. Walkers, race walkers, runners, and wheelchair participants are welcome.
All entrants will receive a t-shirt and trophies will be awarded to overall male and female, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female age groups and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place wheelchair finishers.
The event is sponsored by the City of Biloxi and Mayor A.J. Holloway and is hosted by the Gulf Coast Running Club.
