Looking for a deal? Bargain hunters, this Saturday’s auction is for you.
The city will hold an absolute auction – all items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price – beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday at 1656 Popp’s Ferry Road, behind the Biloxi Fire Station 7.
Those interested have a chance to preview the merchandise on Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a $10 admission fee on Saturday.
In all, several hundred items will be sold, many in lots, where items are bundled together. The items will be sold as is with no guarantees and no warranties.
Among the items: Police cars, parts, and seized vehicles, including luxury cars, work trucks, ATVs, golf carts, bicycles, etc.
Also, surplus city vehicles, commercial lawn equipment, zero turn mowers, and office equipment including work stations, printers, desks, and chairs.
Winning bidders must make an immediate payment using cash, check, or credit card. A three percent fee will be added to credit card purchases.
The auction, often held annually, is conducted by professional auctioneer Nick Clark.

Hurricane Ian donations: The Biloxi Police and Fire departments are collecting donations for victims of Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers, Florida.
