PLAYGROUND WORKERS II @ $13.50 PER HOUR
PLAYGROUND WORKERS III @ $15.00 PER HOUR
PLAYGROUND COORDINATOR @ $16.00 PER HOUR
LIFEGUARD II @ $14.00 PER HOUR
BUS DRIVER @ $20.00 PER HOUR
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PLAYGROUND WORKERS II & III:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 18 semester hours in elementary or secondary education
OR
- A two (2)-year Associate’s Degree in Child Development Technology or related field
OR
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and four (4) years’ experience in a school age program or four (4) summers in a day camp program
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLAYGROUND WORKER I:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
OR
- A current CECPR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an MDHS OCY Director’s Child Care Credential
OR
- Three (3) years prior documented experience caring for children who are under 13 years of age and who are not related to the counselor
QUALIFICATION FOR BUS DRIVERS:
- At least three (3) years’ experience
- Must have CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- Must have good driving record
